At Foundation School of Real Estate, we are proud to have Dana Cates, a seasoned real estate expert with a passion for growth & leadership. With Dana's extensive experience in flipping, investing, rental properties, and all things real estate, Dana has made a name for herself in the real estate industry. Her dedication to recruiting and training new agents has resulted in over 150 agent hires annually for three years.

In addition to being a mother of 4 phenomenal children, Dana has taken her real estate career on a steady incline from being licensed in 2009, to joining Keller Williams in 2013, then becoming the Broker/Team Leader in 2019 to the #1 Keller Williams Realty office in Florida.
